A Heartfelt Update About Our Pricing

Dear valued customers,

We want to take a moment to speak honestly with you — our valued customers and community. This is only the second time in almost nine years that we’ve needed to raise our prices — and it’s not a decision we take lightly.

We know cost of living pressures are being felt everywhere across Australia. And just like many households, we’re feeling it too — the cost of vegetables (and we use a lot of them), dry goods, quality local meat, packaging, and all our utilities have all gone up considerably and continue to do so. On top of this, we continue to support our hardworking team who are also feeling the pinch with the rising costs of living.

This price rise isn’t a decision we’ve made easily, or quickly. As a family-owned business, we care deeply about keeping our meals accessible. But in order for our business to survive — and to continue doing things properly, with real food, made by real chefs — this change is necessary.


What’s Changing — and What’s Not

While there will be a small increase in prices across selected meals, you’ll still be able to use our generous Rewards Program to save from 10- 25% on every order after your initial first and second order discounts, which many of our customers enjoy.

Our We Feed You Rewards program will continue to give back to loyal customers who order regularly — offering real value for bulk orders. We specifically value this as it also helps us to reduce freight miles and packaging.

Meals on sale - we will continue to place meals on sale from time to time to help alleviate pressure and enable you to enjoy discounts. 

No Shrinkflation or Quality Cutting Here

One thing we want to make absolutely clear: the quality of our meals is not changing. We’re not cutting corners, reducing portion sizes, or compromising on ingredients — even though that’s what many brands are doing in response to rising costs.

We refuse to serve up smaller portions or cheaper substitutes, that’s not who we are. Our meals will continue to be made with the same high-quality produce, premium proteins, and real ingredients you know and love. It's what sets We Feed You apart — and we’re proud to stay true to that.


Why It’s Still Great Value

If you've compared our meals to the big, bland brands found in the big supermarkets — ultra-processed, same same textures, bulk-made varieties — you’ll know the difference is night and day.

Our meals are:

  • Made from real ingredients, without the need for unnecessary artificial additives, preservatives, bulking agents or fillers

  • A wide range of textures and ingredients, this is hard to recreate with mass manufacturing

  • Crafted by chefs who care, in our own kitchen

  • Designed to suit a wide range of dietary needs

  • Delivered to your door, frozen and ready when you are

  • Generous rewards discounts

We’re not here to do cheap. We’re here to do quality, nutritious, and convenience — the right way.

 

What the Price Rise Means for Our NDIS & HCP Customers


For our valued NDIS and Home Care Package customers, you’ll continue to pay just 30% of the meal cost which is the cost of ingredients. You also enjoy great value through our We Feed You Gold Rewards Membership, which is automatically applied to your account when you join and after your first order. This means you are eligible for an additional 10% off when you order 10 or more meals, and 20% off when you order 20 or more — helping you stretch your budget further with every delivery. Please note this is applied to the total order including the what is invoiced to your plan manager or NDIS provider.
