This comforting Japanese-style chicken curry is a nourishing take on a katsu-inspired classic — mild, aromatic and full of delicate savoury flavour. Made with our house-made chicken stock, tender chicken breast, and a blend of warming spices, it's balanced by a bed of fluffy jasmine rice and a medley of vegetables including cauliflower, sweet potato and carrot.

For a traditional touch, try serving with a boiled egg or pickled radish to contrast the richness.

This meal is also suitable for anyone following a gluten free or lactose free diet.  This meal has been endorsed by Coeliac Australia which provides confidence to individuals following a gluten free diet.
