Low FODMAP Meals Delivered to Your Door

Ever noticed that certain foods make you bloated, windy and uncomfortable? Let’s talk FODMAPs and IBS.

FODMAP is an acronym for various fermentable carbohydrates (sugar molecules) found naturally in a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes and milk products. These sugars (for example fructose and lactose) don’t harm us, but in sensitive people, they can trigger symptoms like bloating, cramping, wind, constipation or diarrhoea.

If you’re sensitive to FODMAPs, the awesome news is We Feed You has your back!  We have a range of delicious low FODMAP meals, and many more ‘reduced’ FODMAP meals (made without onion or garlic).  Yipppeee!!

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a hidden condition, which can be tricky to diagnose and does not have a cure.  Essentially, it’s a disorder of the gut nervous system, and symptoms differ markedly from person to person.

The low FODMAP diet can help up to 75% of people control their IBS, and get their lives back on track.
